The Wish 3x09 - The first really dark ep of Buffy for me, and I really enjoyed the chance the actors had to play around with their characters.
Something Blue 4x09 - Another one where characters act out of the ordinary, and to be honest I like Spike and Buffy (before it got rapey) better than Angel and Buffy.
Fear, Itself 4x04 - My favorite Halloween ep of BtVS. Creepy and oh so funny.
Hush 4x10 - Best episode of the series, I think.
