Got to work half an hour late this morning (ie. 9.30am, but the rest of the staff start at 8.30am, so it looks really late, even though it's not). On the good side, did manage to remember to bring lunch. Mmmmm... pasta!

Have just finished a can of coke (the constant friend of the sleep deprived!). Am sleepy and tired, but now, kinda hyped. Also seem to have lost the art of using pronouns...

Hee! Okay, go check out lastscorpion's drabble. Sometimes, everyone needs a good snigger.

ETA: Overheard at work when one of the partners asked a staff member if he had some queries for him.
"Yeah, I couldn't find you. You're like the Scarlet Pimpernel."

Am I the only amused by that unusual literary reference? *g*

From a relatively new staff-member that I don't know too well (and don't work with). I mean, whenever I've overheard him talking with the guy who sits beside him, it's been about normal stuff, like sports, going out, studying and girls.

That reference just totally amused me.
