Everyone talks about Bambi's mother and how truamatic that was, and I can't even remember it.

Me neither. But apparently when I saw it at a special screening when I was two, I was the only kid who realised what had happened. So of course I screamed, "Bambi's mother's DEAD!!!" at the top of my lungs. To this day, it's my proudest achievement - getting a whole cinema-full of children crying. >;D
