The rats are a minus, but thanks for the offer! I may hold you to it. *g* I'll chase it up around the end of next week, and get plans finalised...
(Unfortunately, I have the sinking feeling that work is going to be as cheap as possible and get non-refundable/non-exchangable tickets...)
