So, you have recourse against being fired for homosexual conduct (attending pride rallies is the example given), as long as you can prove that you're straight? Is it okay to sleep with women (or men, if you're a guy), as long as you still identify yourself as a heterosexual?
I mean, isn't it the conduct of sleeping with the same gender that gives you the status of a homosexual? How can you divide one from the other?
As I read it, it's basically saying that if you're straight, and you're fired for being gay, it's descrimination. If you actually are gay, then that's fine.

I think, on a really deep scary level, it's one of those love the sinner hate the sin things, and they're trying to legislate and write policy based on that. Which goes against everything this country should be standing for.
