Take the SN/SFU fic, for example. I wrote it this arvo, then realised my characterisation was basically screwed and that Nate was just coming across as Casey with a Fischer family, then I posted it. Scrunchy replied very enthusiastically, and I was all pleased about it, and now, a couple hours later, I'm all sure it's basically stuffed again.

I totally understand what that's like. I've just posted another section of Symbiote, and I'm wildly fluctuating between being really pleased with sections of it, and wondering what the fuck I was thinking with others. Which is why I just posted it quickly so I couldn't change my mind about it.

I'll take a look at your SN/SFU fic if you like, though it's been a while since I watched SFU, so I won't be the best judge of characterisation.

As for pasta, best thing for crankiness. Lots of yummy carbs, preferably loaded with melted cheese.
