I really enjoyed this - you made my night! I think I've said this before, but you have a real knack for voices and descriptions; this is like a missing part of an episode, here. My favourite part (well besides Ianto's kiss *shivers delightfully*) is how clearly Jack cares for his team, for the people he will eventually leave behind and come back to. ^_^
