Hee! They could be naked for plot-driven reasons, like some alien device goes off so every time the team touches a door, tehir clothes get dematerialised. They could scramble to find something to wear -- anything, so, probably Jack would find his wardrobe being confiscated to be distributed amongst the team -- and then struggle to work a way out of the hub. (I'd watch it.)
But, yeah, I think it's John's fault that they're not naked more often. He's the one who mentioned that with the shooting schedule of TW, he hasn't had time to get to the gym, so no naked Jack scenes. *pouts*
