neither Mickey nor Martha will look up to Jack and that rocks

Hee! Well, I think Ianto's lost any fear and/or awe of Jack, and Gwen gives as good as she gets most of the time, so S3 TW will basically be all about Jack being a leader with very little respect and frequent mockery.
