out_there: A present for my 25th birthday (SGA: Reading Rodney by Celli)

And now on Dreamwidth...

I'm out_there on Dreamwidth now.

If I post, I'll probably crosspost to LJ so no panic.

On the one hand, I adore being able to split the reading/who can read my locked posts. (At the moment, I read a severely filtered version of my FList just because I don't have time to keep up with everyone. I'd rather avoid the filters altogether and just know who I read and who I'd love to read -- since they look awesome and all -- but I never get round to it.)

On the other, the actual layout of the reading page is a choice between monochrome-ugly, complex-layout-horrible-colours, and simple-layout-horrible-text-sizing. When it comes to sneakily reading at work, I feel more comfortable reading black-Arial text on a mainly-white background than a page with lime-green, size 16 subject headers, so I think I'll still be spending most of my time on LJ.
