I must agree with everyone else and tell you how wonderful this story is!
Funnily enough, I've been writing Prison Break fic lately, so I've become used to posting a story that possibly ten people will read -- and maybe six will like enough to comment -- so it was a little overwhelming to check my emails this morning and find so many people loved this story. I think it'll keep me smiling for days!
Oddly, I just re-read Tennis Coach Thursday night, so to see that you had written again--and such a wonderful piece--has really brightened my day. I really love both of them in this. Jeeves--or should I say Reggie?--is very in character (as is Bertie, of course), and I really loved his sort of slow realization of both his feelings for Wooster (and Bertie's feelings for him)
I'm so glad! I think it makes sense that someone who is both perceptive but also intensely *serious* about his life would take time to fall for Wooster. It wouldn't be a case of Jeeves (or Reggie, I suppose!) getting used to Wooster so much as... Reggie would want to be certain of certain facts before making a move. He wouldn't suggest this type of liaison unless he was confident that Wooster would respond genuinely (and that he wouldn't feel pressured into it) and not until Reggie was sure that he himself was committed to making this a long-term thing that would work.
