out_there: I *heart* El! (WC: El by btfl_decadence)
If anyone at work asks tomorrow, I'm tired because the upcoming move is messing with my sleeping patterns.

Not because [personal profile] isagel wrote me a Prison Break story, set in my own fictional threesome+kid future verse and I stayed up very late trying to write all the things I loved about it into feedback comments.

Teaching to the Test: Seven tests, seven conversations between Jason and Alex.

Really, it could be subtitled "All the reasons I love Alex Mahone and how he would be a great parent and why Alex/Sara/Michael is a threesome that would last happily-ever-after and how much of a sucker I am for kidfic done well". But that might be a long subtitle.

Suffice it to say that this story makes me adore Alex Mahone even more (I didn't even know that was possible) and it's the story equivalent of a big warm hug and a bedtime story and hope that adult life could be as awesome as fiction. It makes me so happy.

Title: How to Sin Successfully
Fandom: Prison Break
Pairing: Michael/Sara & Michael/Alex. Or maybe Sara/Michael/Alex is more accurate.
Rating: NC-17
Word Count: 4,200
Notes: Thanks to [personal profile] oxoniensis for the beta and [personal profile] isagel for the encouragement to finish this. Set post-series and Jason-verse, so I'm ignoring the end of s4 and the movie. Worst summary in the world but I'm taking the easy way out today.

Summary: "You and Alex." Michael groans, and breathlessly adds, "Kissing."

Title: Doctors and Dentists and Bravery
Fandom: Prison Break
Pairing: Sara/Michael/Alex
Notes: I'm officially calling this the Jason-verse. I really, really adore the idea of a happy, domestic future for these characters. Thanks to [livejournal.com profile] sdwolfpup for betaing.
Rating: G
Word count: 3051

Summary: Every time, Michael tries to talk around it -- claims he's feeling fine, claims there's no point in investigating if he's not showing any symptoms, claims it's his health and his life and he should get to decide whether or not he needs medical attention -- but it always comes down to one thing: it scares Michael.

Title: My Family by Jason Tancredi
Fandom: Prison Break
Pairing: Alex/Michael/Sara
Word Count: 442
Notes: Future-fic and ridiculously domestic, but the idea refused to leave me. Since there's about four people who are going to read this, I didn't bother with getting it beta-read.

Title: Your New Twin Sized Bed
Fandom: Prison Break
Pairing: Michael/Alex + Michael/Sara (or arguably Alex/Michael/Sara)
Rating: PG-13
Word Count: 10,770
Notes: Future fic. Title from Death Cab For Cutie's song, "Your New Twin Sized Bed" which really set the tone for this. Sad to say, but I now have a whole playlist of angsty post-break-up songs. Huge thanks to [livejournal.com profile] sdwolfpup for betaing and sticking with this, and making it a far better story than it would have been. (And for making me mentally think of this story as "The Ikea Furniture of Angst".)

Summary: Alex takes a two bedroom apartment that's close to his new office. The main bedroom is serviceably large, but it seems too big after months spent in a cabin, feels too empty after sharing a small boat with Michael and Sara, so Alex buys a large desk and makes it a study. The second room is tiny, but it fits a twin sized bed and a bedside table.
