I don't know exactly what I was expecting, but it certainly wasn't this amazing, intensely intimate, utterly staggering work. There were sections where I felt the need to look away because it felt so real: like I was spying on a domestic drama I had no business watching.

Wow. THat's a very powerful thing to say. I'm thrilled that I got them so right that it almost felt wrong to be watching. (I know what you mean. I occasionally feel like that with some films. I can't peg why it's only some films, but I get what you mean.)
