Weird dreams

out_thereHad strange dreams last night. One about travelling through this really cold place (covered in snow) and the car broke down, and I had to walk to this cabin/lodge/hotel place. When I unpacked my bag, all I'd brought with me were slabs of meat (big slices of steak - not wrapped or anything, just the meat). Then these people came up to me and I explained what had happened, and they told me that I'd come from the wrong direction.
I can only remember the end of the other. I was worried about my family getting hurt because of something I'd done so I went around to check on them. My mum and brother lived in a flat and were holding kittens that these guys had come around and shot in front of them. Occasionally, I am concerned about my imagination's ability to provide vivid images of bloodshed. That was enough to fully wake me up when the alarm went.
Generally, I can't remember my dreams, but I think it's just a combination of talking about travel plans with friends yesterday (why I wouldn't want to go to the Antartic), the meat probably just comes from the platefuls of meat that I ate last Friday (at the friend's B-Day) and the kittens? Possibly just remnants of the fandom term 'kitten killer'.
Still, odd. At least I was able to watch Red Dwarf this morning to get the images out of my head...
