Mum and Mark have just headed back to Canberra (they were here for three days, it rained for two. Ah, Melbourne weather... *g*). I had a great weekend, but the house feels strangely quiet/empty with them gone, so I thought that this would be a good time to get online and enjoy the smutty W100's.
They went to Mum's graduation ceremony on Friday (I went to work, since I'd already had 5 days off during the last three weeks...) and Friday night we met up for dinner at Yoyogi's, which is a wonderful Japanese place on Swanston Street (reasonably priced and the only thing I've ordered there that I didn't like was sake!). Then we went out and saw Shanghai Knights.
I really enjoyed the music in the background of that film, but found it amusing that both films featured scenes with the boys naked together. *g* But I still can't slash Jackie Chan, although I found both of the English guys fairly slashable, and Owen Wilson's just adorably slashy, regardless of how many chicks he chases.
Saturday, we went shopping. I now have new hair products, and new black boots. (Mum bought much more... *g*) That night we ate lollies/chocolate, drank a good deal (Harvey Wallbangers which my brother and mum can make... shockingly strong *g*) and watched SV. We spent most of today packing the car with stuff for mum's new place. It's kinda frightening just how much we can fit into a car!
There we go, complete update.
