20 Year Meme...

20 years ago: My second year alive. (I'm going on 22 this year) *g* Mum split up from Dad the first time, and we moved from living in Bondi, Sydney, to Canberra.

10 years ago: Grade 6 at Gordon Primary taught by Mrs Gow and Mrs Fox. Only remember them becuase Mrs Gow was a major battle-axe, but by the end of the school year she'd buckled under to Mum's pressure. *g*

5 years ago: Year 11 South Oakleigh Secondary. First year in Melbourne/Victoria, we almost moved back to Canberra after a few months. I wasn't very social (read: I only saw friends at school, or on the way to/from school).

3 years ago: First year uni. Still not too social, but enjoyed the internet as always. Did well first semester, lost my enthusiasm by second semester.

1 year ago: After working full-time in Canberra, went back to studying full-time in Melbourne. Completed second year uni, got involved in the Queer Group there. Was ver into SV fandom, and still am.

Yesterday: Wasted most of the day, pretty tired, but no boss at work. Did a quick grocery shopping on the way home. Came home, surfed the net for images of cuties in glasses.

Tomorrow: Work. Last day of boss in Cairnes, and I'll kick myself for still being awake. May make an icon of myself, since I just had a passport photo of myself taken.... We'll see.

Well, it's not as sexy as my animated glasses icon, but it will do for now.

This is the pic I got taken yesterday for a public transport concession card. It was one of those black and white $4 for 3 photos things. I thought I'd be able to chose the best two. Instead, when I put in the coins, I thought I heard the second coin fall through, so I bent down to pick it up. Right then, the flash went, so I have one pic that looks as like it's a picture of a lawn on an overcast day. *g*

I want my animated icon to work. Silly LJ... *grrr*
