(no subject)

Well, before the electricity to my computer shut-off for a second, I had a long post bitching about last night. Well, to make a long story short between getting the wrong train (they announced the Broadmeadows line as the Werribee train) and train delays on my line, I got to my station at 9pm, instead of 7pm.

I found mum waiting for me at the station, because she'd left the house at 7pm, and accidentally left her keys inside (and locked herself out). Hence, she'd been stuck for the last two hours waiting for me to get home while my mobile was out of batteries so I couldn't contact her to let her know I was going to be late.

We decided to make it up to ourselves by getting take away KFC. *g*

this morning, I've been pretty busy making sure the boss's new car lease goes through. He should be picking it up this arvo, so that makes for a pleased and concerned boss (who can be remarkably stealthy when creeping up on me using LJ *g*).

I've got a training session this arvo, so lunch will be spent typing up the work I'm supposed to have done, not reading fic. Oh well, these sacrifices must be made. *winks*
