I'm up at 6am! On a Saturday!

Okay, this is probably because I got home last night, ate (and spent some of that just staring at the table, forgetting to think) and crashed by 8.30pm.

Hey, I forgot to tell you about my new nightie. Mum bought me a new cotton, T-Shirt nighty (you know, the soft, super comfy ones that always look terribly daggy? Like huge t-shirts that were made too long?). The really amusing thing about it? I stopped at Coles and was looking at them myself. I almost bought the exact same one in pink, but I prefer the blue one I now have. *loves new nightie*

I'm looking through old subject lines trying to find that mysterious Will/Sam snippet to post it. So far, my most amusing subject header was "Homicide. Lance. Song.". It made me crack up because I still have a vague idea of what that entry was about, but it wasn't frustration over Lance's singing. *g*

Posted Buildings and Bridges to Geocities, so you can see the inpirational picture if you so wish. No, I don't know how I got from that to the fic either. It's an... atmosphere thing.

I'm tired and blinky, and it's only 4pm. Oh, admittedly I've been online for... ten hours now, so that could be the cause.

I cannot find this fic. I mean, just as well I'm not bothering to look for the Chloe/Lana drabble I wrote, because I know that was ages ago. Okay, I'm just going to go through all posts that got replies, and eventually I'll find it.

Is it wrong that I'm amused by my own comments? Me, describing writing "Initial Conditions":
The fic's just been sitting in nuetral. I swear, if it was a car, it'd be one in serious need of a tune up. It moves a few yards, makes a funny noise and stalls. After a lot of tries, you get it started again, then it moves a few more yards, makes a different funny noise, and stalls again. By the time you get halfway there, you've forgotten where the hell you were going.

I've been incorrectly spelling "Roslyn" for like, forever. It's actually Rosslyn. Who'da thunk?

I was recently pulled up on that spelling by a beta reader. I need to check for proof...

Ahh... according to http://www.virginia.org/site/search.asp, Rosslyn is in Northern Virginia. (And, according to this travel site, Roslyn is in New York state.)

Hopefully, I'll remember this in future, and won't keep spelling it with one S.

Okay, when shellah says she's celli's evil twin, she's not kidding. Apart from the evil thing. I mean, last time I did the fic-writing over AIM thing, was with Celli, and yet, Shellah was oddly aware of it:

I'm watching the Whitney returns to SV ep of S2. I *heart* Whitney. He keeps making me laugh and laugh and laugh.

That, and there's something about his eye or his hair, that's reminding me of Billy Boyd. So as he's trying to be serious, I'm getting flashes of Pippin. Yes, I am easily amused.

ETA: I've gotta say, I think Tina's kinda sexy.

ETA2: Double that for Alison Mack. *roawr* (And my first thought? Oh yeah, Wally's definitely got himself a total sex kitten. *g*)

ETA3: Oh, god. The patriotism, the bravery of the armed forces? Eurgh. That amount of cheese is hard to swallow.
