Procrastination via excel...

Well, I'm finally getting vaguely organised for betaing purposes. I know there's a couple people who have offered betaing services for me in the past, and I'm making myself a list so I don't forget. (Because otherwise, I do forget.)

So, if you've offered to beta, or I've tracked you down and trapped you into offering, would you mind leaving a comment (just saying what fandom it was, or specific pairing preferences, etc)?

At the moment, michellek has a WW fic, and shellah has a SN fic, but I think that's all. Apart from the SN taxfic, which I sent to someone as well.

Secondly, new GIP. It's me. *g* weredonut pointed it out from this site. Try it. It's seriously fun to muck around with, and it's a great waste of time.

And, finally, I'm just stuffing around. I wanted to sit down and write more longfic and... this big headache is stopping the words from coming. On the other hand, I read over what I've written, and I'm very pleased with it. (Regardless of how obnoxious that sounds.)

I think I'll try typing up another fic, because I just can't get the words to flow.

Ow.

Went to bed for a couple hours. Got up to type up the fic and realised that the file is in present tense and the notes are in past tense.

The headache is even worse, and is making me swear very angrily at my computer, every time it decides to go slow as molasses.

Can't believe I've only been out of bed for half an hour, and I'm going back to bed because I really can't accomplish anything, and all I want to do is sit in a corner and cry because my head fucking *hurts*.

Well, after my self-indulgent whining earlier, I went to bed for a few hours and feel better now. Admittedly, I've only been up for an hour and I'm already starting to feel headachey again, but it gave me time to finish typing up the next bit of the fic. (I'm hoping I'll be better tomorrow, but if not, I'll be taking a sickie.)

Proof that I'm still sick and have a low level of concentration: I'm actually kinda enjoying QaFUS. (Although, the fact tha Brian just kissed Mikey's cheek probably helps.)

Hmmm... I changed the tenses in that fic to present, since that was how I started. It started off as an experiment to try to not use those little "***" which always appear in my fics, and I'm not too sure how well it works. Hence, I'm posting it in it's very WIP status. It's rough, but I'd like a second opinion. I'll post it in another entry.

Ooh, Subway's on. I've never seen the start or the finish of this french film, and yet I've seen the middle about four times. I'm taping it.
