Happy Birthday, Celli!
Jul. 22nd, 2006 10:52 amAccording to my timezone, it's
celli's birthday. That's always a cause for celebration (or in this case, cracking Photoshop open and making a couple covers).
Earlier this month, I'd planned to send her an actual, physical birthday card by mail, but I've been busy and disorganised. Luckily for me, I know that Celli understands the most important detail: my lack of forethought is not an indicator of my actual level of affection. The two are completely unrelated.
The first is a cover for Best Buy, a SN fic that always makes me go "awwwww!" at the end. Like many of Celli's stories, it's deceptively simple -- easy style, easy dialogue -- but it subtly hits the right emotions.
( Cover... )
The second is for Another Word for Optimism, a funny SGA story that everyone's probably read by now. Or listened to the podslash version. (And if you haven't, you should. Everyone deserves a good giggle now and then.)

Many happy returns, babe!
