out_thereI'm trying to be a good little worker today and I'm mainly succeeding. I think part of this is that SN is out of my head. After spending like, 8 hours, chatting and swooning over the boys yesterday (never doubt that I can ramble like a long country road), I am happily Casey and Dan free.
Of course, another part of it is that I feel *awake*. All last week I felt fuzzy, as if my brain was out of focus. Today, I can think clearly, remember where the file is saved, and am awake enough to cringe at the stacks of files on my desk. I can remember that I have chores to do at lunch, that I need to fax something and get a postal order, and the morning is flying by.
So, when I said I needed a holiday to recover from my holiday, I actually just needed a long weekend. *g*
