Hey, I liked this. I don't really know anything about WW, but this was really well written and I got a feel for each of the characters, even without knowing them beforehand, and that's always the sign of a good fic. There's a sort of freedom in this, in the beginning especially, perhaps not so much flying as having made it to the top of a very tall mountain, and finally looking out across the world. And then the rest of the climbing party glances around and grins, and walks away; and you're left staring after them. Alone and the world before you.
