I was going to post the little SN lines I've been sending Celli, but I didn't save them. So instead, lyric spam. I've been listening to Alex Lloyd's 2002 CD "Watching Angels Mend".

Oh, it's gorgeous music. It's sunshine music, the type that makes you feel warm, relaxed and content. (It's being added to Paul Simon's "Graceland" as music that will always make me feel incredibly good.)

Anyway, there's a couple of songs I really like, and one of them is Bus Ride.

Bus Ride

Like morning will keep us locked in our arms,
Roses for weepers, not easy to charm
And I'm not a fool.

So get on that bus now and ride it on home,
Lone in the back seat with no telephone
And I'm not a fool.

If you want to take the world on now,
I will be right there beside you.
And if you want to sleep the whole day through,
I will be right there beside you.

Outside they're waiting, the people in white,
It's crying, anticipating for someone to fight
And I am not a fool.

If you want to take the world on now,
I will be right there beside you.
And if you want to sleep the whole day through,
I will be right there beside you.

Yeah...

In the night, taking off in the light
You will see...
Right there beside you

And if you want to sleep the whole day through,
I will be right there beside you.

I think you need to hear the sweetness of the melody to really appreciate it, but it's lovely.

Really, I'd like to just force all of my Flist to sit down and listen to this CD. It's delightful.
