Silly girl. Load it to your usericons straight from the photobucket site.
Basically, go to the manage user icons page, and where it says "Upload from URL" enter: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v65/out_there/Icons/base1dan.jpg
I almost always put my icons up on my photobucket album (http://img22.photobucket.com/albums/v65/out_there/Icons/), so that's an alternative if you have trouble uploading/saving to your computer.
