Yes, it does. Nothing shows your love as much as sharing that last TimTam (especially since there always seem to come in uneven packs. Like they couldn't make the packet big enough to contain 12 instead of 11, huh?).
And I love the squished worms as highlighter metaphor.
That was actually a moment of me looking around the desk/kitchen and thinking, "What would make my hands turn bright green?"
Now I can see the scientists keeping the worms and then somehow making them into highlighters. I can see the glee with which they fall upon their new highlighters (the old ones are bound to dry out or get used up). They'd be called Wormlighters, until someone remembers that Ford isn't allowed to name anything.
*sniggers* I like the idea of Wormlighters. It's cute, and makes me think of those old GlowWorm dolls.
