this is great. i adored everything, christine changing her hairstyle, and again, and again, and rodney not magically learning how to dance the second he touches john. how john flirts with rodney, who doesn't even notice his own attraction to the other man. then the break-up, and the kissing, and the dance, and the sex - and then rodney freaking out so badly, and john finally giving up. that was painful. and i really loved how determined rodney was to apologize, even if he almost ended up failing john all over again. i was relieved when john accepted the apology. :)

and (yes, i know, i'm kinda overusing that word here) i especially liked the way you didn't make anything about this hearts and flowers. they're dorks, granted, but they're still guys.
