Oh wonderful. You've really caught the tension between these two, and I love Ianto cleaning up, his quiet determination and uncertainty. Just perfect.

I couldn't explain it more than that, so this got written. I think Ianto would be tempted, but ultimately it'd be another thing he'd sacrifice in the name of getting Lisa better. (Also, I think he's private enough that the flirtation with Jack, the hint of possibility, would be a secret that he'd keep, hoarding it selfishly and privately. One of those things he'd keep completely to himself but something he'd use -- as much as the fantasy of Lisa being healthy -- to get himself through the days.)

I really can't tell you how happy I am to find your writing - I've been struggling to find good Torchwood fic for a while, and this is like a feast. I hope you don't mind my friending you to follow your stories! :)
