Melbourne meeting...

As I mentioned, met up this afternoon with other slashers. I met kaneko, charliequinn, Mirna and Genie in the flesh, and we spent about two and ahlf hours sitting in the food court on Collins Street, talking about whatever came to mind, mainly fandom/fanfiction.

I had a great time (charliequinn even leant me her pretty, pretty, X-treme X-Men comic! Woo hoo!) and we're thinking of getting together again to watch a movie or something, ideally when people aren't up in Brisbane at conventions. *g*

Hope everyone up there's having a great time, but I guess it means LJ will be quiet tonight. Not such a biggie, as tonight there's SV, The Bill and then The Matrix to watch. Although, I did want time to track down piccies for a new icon, and kill finish the boozefest fic...

i've never even SEEN an ep of highlander, so i don't know why i had this knoledge previous to you mentioning that.
