out_thereOkay, the giggling mood icon from my last entry? Kinda freaky if you stare at it. You just know that kitten's working out mass slaughter as it stares at you. Very unnerving.
In other news, I just booked in a driving lesson. At 5.30pm tomorrow. *gulp* So not only is that convenient and straight after work, it also means I'm dealing with rush hour traffic, driving just outside of the city...
I'm currently checking out removalist prices for moving mum's stuff up. May be a little pricey, but much easier than taking time off work to help her physically move it up ourselves. Plus, less stress both ways. *g*
ETA: Yes! Work-related victory!!! After chasing up this chick all day, I get a call to say the contract's being couriered over. Will be there within the hour. Hence, the property can be valued and the documents prepared. It still won't settle on Friday, but hopefully it will settle soon. Yes!
