Cupid Is Not His Preferred Name - Glee, Kurt/Blaine, AU, 9670 words.

When Blaine joined the acolytes of Aphrodite, there was respect for the art of matchmaking. Admittedly, that was a long time ago. These days, helping people recognise true love is a lot harder. (AU, set early s2. No spoilers.)

2012 total so far:

108,600 words.


Thoughts:

I make no promises about actually getting something posted for Nov and Dec. Given how the weeks are flying by, I really can't commit to anything. But it's nice to have had a productive writing year.

That's a whole lotta words!!

I think I exhausted my word count for the year by that one AU. Just over 62k for the year, all in less than 3 months. LOL!

It seems to be the way it goes. Most of that word count is from one large story I wrote at the start of year -- and loved every minute of writing it. Sometimes, those smaller stories just don't have the joyous urge to write attached to them.
