This is the strained relationship that I see between Lex and Lionel. This is what I mean about it being caused by both of them. *Points to fic* This is what I mean, I just can't articulate it.

I'm head over heels in love with this piece. I'm off to read it again. After that, I think I'll wander off and see if I can make a good cover for it...

It perversely made me think of my own horrible relationship with my mother, and made me uncomfortable by reminding me that there's 2 sides to everything, both equally valid, both incomplete. A fic with universal truths.

It's a lovely fic that I completely believe. Y'know, there are some fics that I accept could happen to fanon Lex and Clark, but I know they're never going to happen on the show. This fic, I'm certain it's actually happening...

I'm a slash girl at heart. I avoid het, but do enjoy a good gen piece now and then.

Have you read The Gingerbread Party (http://www.smallvillefanfic.com/archive/6/thegingerbread.html)? It's a nice little X-mas gen piece with Lex, Clark, Pete, Lana and Chloe. Just as slashy as the show. ^.~
