out_thereJust watched the special on Marilyn Monroe. In some of those pictures she was so pretty and so sad. Was a good show.
Currently tossing up whether I should go to bed (I'm tired, and I do need to clean/tidy/study tomorrow) or should go cook tea and settle down online.
Hmmm... I think cooking would be a good start, and then I'll work out how tired I am. *g*

Date: 2003-07-19 06:11 am (UTC)She's just one of those women who's intriguing because the public image of herself was so... complete. Watching the docu tonight was interesting to see a bit behind her image, to see who she wanted so desperately to be, and to see her insecurities and follies.
Just... intriguing. Plus, the pictures they showed of her were unusual. Not the typical Marilyn standing around looking sexy shots.
