kaneko is now my official best friend. The sign of a good beta for me? Someone who can pull me back and remind me that just because there's more words in this version, doesn't mean it's better.
In other words, an almost 2000 word fic just got pruned to under 1700. Technically, a bit more could go, but I like it, so I'm waiting and thinking about it. On the one hand, it is a bit like an inventory list. On the other, I could just imagine Sam thinking things through logically like that. *shruggs* Right now, I'm going to bed.
Oh, but I did catch part of QaFUS. Mikey as Stepmom? Very cute!
