WIP: The Gods Hate Kansas

I hate it when characters won't do what you tell them. You sit down to type, and the fic just won't do what it's told. If I want Clark and Lex to kiss, they'll spend hours moping or talking instead.

Anyway, since Slodwick mentioned the Pulp Fiction challenge, the title "The Gods Hate Kansas" has been going round my head. Add to that Celli's wish for a fic with Lex doing taxes and saying "accruals", and it's unsurprising that I've got ideas. Anyway, I'm kinda stuck, so I figured I might as well post what I've got so far, and think about it a bit.

The static in my reception was starting to drive me batty, but I'm glad I stuck around for the end.

Yay for Justin laying down the law. Brian needs some limits. And I officially think that Mikey's professor is very cute. (Of course there'd have to be something wrong with him... On the good side, at least it isn't an evil twin, but I keep expecting that to happen.)

Chloe/Lana

Hmmm... Normally, I'm not big on the femslash, but I have a soft spot Chloe/Lana. Pearlo's How to Be a Great Journalist is still my fave (because happy endings, sweet kisses and giddy Chloe are wonderful things), but Fell in Love With a Girl just took second place. It's a Lana that's true to canon and still makes you feel for her.

No wonder I like SV so much. Cute girls and sexy boys that belong together. How could I resist?
