I'm sick.

Took the last two days off work, and I still feel pretty lousy. Apparently it's a nasty flu virus that's going around at the moment. And I just found out that I don't get paid sick leave until I've worked here for 3 months.

Already, I'm wishing I'd just stayed in bed this morning.

Also, I bought the plugs yesterday to let me tape-to-tape, using mine and mum's VCRs. Now I have three episodes of Hornblower on the same tape. I can't find another episode, that I was sure I had kept, so I must have taped over it. I wasn't too happy about that, as Archie and Horatio in the Spanish prison is so slashy.

From the sounds of it, tboy had what me and mum have. The spinouts and headaches are really odd. Went to the doctor and found out that it's just a flu virus that's going around, so I'm on antibiotics and flu tablets.

Interesting that it's going around Melbourne and Sydney...

*sigh* I'm such a Cy/Skids shipper...

Sometimes, going slowly is it's own reward.

Heh. Didn't get enough done today for the boss to give me much to work on for Friday. Means that I'll spend most of the day just organising a mailout of flyers to clients. *g*

At the moment, that's plenty of intellectual challenge for me! *g*
