I'm insane. I'm checking email/LJ before I go to work. This can only lead to bad things.

In other thoughts, quick rec for the Gatecrashers section of the boozefest site for tboy: Jenn and Prufock's Sparks.

"Clark are you *drunk*?" Lex asks, he sounds amused.

Clark frowns, and reaches out to wrap one arm around Lex's wrist and jerk him *just* a bit closer. He doesn't *want* Lex to sound like he's going to laugh. He wants him...bothered. "Not drunk," he protests.

"You're drunk," Lex breathes. It almost sounds like an apology.

Plus, this line just made me cackle:
-- and *Jesus Christ* - is Lex *still talking*? Clark boggles at this.

My morning? Currently very good because the bosses are going away, and are too busy organising everybody else to realise they haven't had time to organise me. *g*

Plus, there's a lot of LJ drooling over the idea of MR dancing in real life Babylon, and the mental image of him kissing Keanu Reeves. (Note, those two aren't actually related, apart from in my mind.) I just followed the squeeage from slodwick's corner of LJ...

Lunchtime thoughts

The bosses who wanted to be out of the office by 12 noon today? Still here and showing no signs of being gone before 5.30pm. *rolls eyes*

Still, on fannish news, this is why I love Te's Wes/Gunn fics, and the characters when she writes them.

Other fannish thoughts: I know that some people download eps of SV and BtVS. Theoretically, how could I download them at work and burn them to CD? What would be the problems involved? And, since most of the CD-RW's seem to be 80 minutes long, does that mean I can only download one ep of SV per CD?

I have no clue where you guys even download them from, let alone how to use a CD-burner, but since work has a great 'net connection and a CD-burner, it's pretty lazy of me not to take this opportunity to increase my technical knowledge. *g*

And in random lunch related thoughts the Potato and Leek instant soup? Still tastes great. Really strong flavour of potatoes. This greatly pleases me.
