Happy, happy, joy, joy...
Jun. 5th, 2003 01:29 pmNeed to go to the travel agent to organise airfares.
I'm tired 'cos I was up to nearly 1am last night. So good to be tired for a reason, rather than exhausted just for being sick. *g*
Woke up from smutty dreams of Faith and Desiree getting it on in Smallville. Odd, but I'm certainly not complaining. That's the type of dream I should be reqarding my subconscious for. (Side note: How do you reward your subconcious? For that matter, how do you spell subconscious? That just doesn't look right.)

I'm going to Canberra...
Jun. 5th, 2003 05:18 pmJust updated my timesheets for the last month. Since we work on commision, I just put 100% of my time down to internal charge and "client services". I'm amused that I hold a position where my productivity level is 0%.
Paid for the airfare at lunch (also had to pick up boss' lunch. Need to remember he owes me $5). I love my travel agents, because it ended up coming to $260! Since my tickets say that the flights each way are actually 80 minutes long, that's under $2 per minute of air travel. (Yes, I'm amused by this. I'm such a geek.) And it's on QANTAS, meaning I get a breaky meal on the way up!
The savings alone mean that I can afford a taxi from home to the airport for the first flight, which is just as well, since it leaves at 6.45am Saturday. Very early morning, considering I'll have to be at the airport at 6am, so I'll have to leave home by 5.10am... Yeesh. Better make sure I set my alarm.
