I'm sick. Again.
Jun. 11th, 2003 05:44 pmBeen offline since Monday - got sick. Again. *grrr*
Went to the doctors this morning and found out that the sore throat was a mild infection, but the earache wasn't. Apparently, it was just caused by a combination of congestion and the change in air pressure when flying. Hence, told me to get a decongestant (Sudafed) and there went the pain. I'm happy about that.
On the bad side, I planned to take today off sick (like Tuesday) but got a call re: a superannuation information session that I'd promised I'd go to. So, dragged myself out of bed, and went to the training session from 11.30-4.30, then came into work. Thank heavens I'm about to go home. *g*
