Spamtastic stuff... *g*
Sep. 25th, 2003 07:10 amRandom thoughts:
- As much as I love Dan on Sports Night, I have to admit that Casey's absolute enthusiasm and wonder for the internet is adorable.
- Watching Sports Night with Mum yesterday, and we're both commenting on Dan and Casey's suit/ties/shirts and which ones we like and what looks good. I'm starting to think my weakness for guys in suits is genetic. *g* (Out of curiousity, Dan generally looks better than Casey, clothes-wise, so that may also explain some of my preference for Dan.)
- Anyone aware of my weakness for suits and ties (Mmmmm... ties)? Yeah, I thought so. The S4 WW episode "Game On" was designed just for me. Really, I'm just going to be thinking of it as "The Tie Episode". I also kinda want an icon of Abbey cutting the tie with the caption "My fandom respects ties"... *g*
- I want to write a WW thingy for the Contrelamontre challenge this week. I think I should work on the WiPs I already have first.
- Although I enjoy SN, I think I'll always like West Wing a bit more. SN is a great show, but it's a freaky hybrid. It's really not a sitcom, by any stretch of the imagination. It's a drama with a lot of comic moments and nobody makes half-hour drama shows work.
- After watching a lot of Zoe, Duncan, Jack and Jane (or whatever that title is), I think I'm going to mist MR's smile when SV returns (eventually...). *sigh* I'm just saying.
( Personal crap )
Anyway, thanks to everyone who put up with me bitching on Monday. The bad mood was caused by coming down sick. And, people, I've only been offline two days. How can I be 175 posts behind?!

Sep. 25th, 2003 03:43 pmToday's stats:
- I'm about 75 posts behind. Still.
- I have achieved... very, very little at work. (Stupid air-conditioning wasn't on all morning and it was muggy. Now it's on, but I'm too tired/sick/stuffed to achieve anything.)
- Took my boots in to be fixed and hence, wore my heels to work. As much as I love my heels, I remembered why I love my boots more. So comfy! Have now taken my heels off while I sit at my desk and enjoy the carpet beneath my toes.
- Posted to the Contrelamontre challenge. Should also post it to In The Tall Grass, but that will wait until tomorrow.
- Only an hour and a half to go!
