Random thoughts and JC/Lance recs...

I got in at 8.30am. I plan to have finished surfing LJ by 9.30am, giving me time to get this work done!

Random thought: I don't like the phrase Lemon Lyman. I've seen it around, and my big problem is that I come from an anime/yaoi background. If you mention lemon, I'm immediately going to think sexually explicit fic. I mean, not that it's a bad thought to connect with Josh, just that it sends my head in a wrong direction.

Printed out popslash last night and had a lot of fun reading it on the train home (and the train in). A whole 15 pages of Lance/JC fics! (Please remember I printed the pages with tiny margins, in two columns, with font size set at 5.5 Times New Roman. That's a lot of print on 15 pages!) Wanted to quickly rec the following stories:( Mmmm... Basez... )

Good thing about today is that I'll be going to see FOTR and TTT with Genie and deadspiders at 5pm this arvo. Bad thing is that I'm supposed to work until 5.30pm. I'm still figuring out how I'm going to managed this.

Public Opinion

During "Bells and a Siren", Dan mentions that when he went for dinner in New Jersey, he was mistaken for one of the Backstreet Boys. (Nothing says procrastinating at work more than a silly poll.)

(no subject)

Argh. The stuff I wanted to get done before I left for Chrissy break hasn't been done. Other stuff, that I totally forgot about, needs to be done.

And LOTR is about to start in 3 minutes, so I'm all antsy.

I wanna be at the movies now. I know that when I return from Chrissy holidays there's going to be a stack not done and an unhappy boss. Oh well, they won't be able to contact me while I'm on holidays, so I probably shouldn't worry about it.
