Oh, my god! The Right Word (Snap) is the remix of my Right Word and it's wonderful!

It's my Sam/Josh story, except with political references, and snark, and great physical descriptions, and a Josh that I just want to snuggle up to and take home!

I don't think there's any way I could love it more.

SN Rec: On Studio B, a Cricket Bat, and a Kiss

As far as Casey/Dana goes, I'm generally not a supporter of the whole idea. Having said that, I still cheered for thenm to kiss at the start of S2 because the build-up had me on the edge of my seat.

Macha and Marguerite's On Studio B, a Cricket Bat, and a Kiss manages to take that same tension, that same romantic possibility and tease it out to the triumphant kiss at the end. Of course, that's not the reason you should read it.

The reason you should read it is the Sorkinese. Great banter, with every character of the SN crew getting at least a line. Extra points for several scenes of gossip-hungry Abby and for sentences that only a professional can say without pausing for breath.¹

However, I'm still not sure what Casey was doing with the cricket bat...
