Things that amuse me:

- That I found myself muttering to my car as I cleaned it (inside and out, which is a special treat for my Norrington) and possibly mentioned the cleaning-fit as bribery to make my car like my girl. I've decided to be amused by this and not worry about my relative level of sanity.

- The phrase "Hewligan" for Joe Flanigan/David Hewlett. It shouldn't crack me up, but it does.

- The fact that my current biggest fannish dilemma is in categorising my SGA At Gunpoint story. I mean, it's nothing more than sex and a brief comment on the idea that "John + guns = hot", but do I classify it as a PWP or under kinkfic? Is an attraction to weapons a kink? I mean, clearly it hits one of John's buttons, but... hmmm, it's not like it's hardcore BDSM.

Yes, when this is the thought occupying my ficbrain, my life is pretty good.

(Also? Three sleeps until my girl gets here. *grins smugly*)

ETA: Have I invited everyone to the aquarium at 1pm on Saturday? I don't know. I tend to forget half of the organisation aspects of things, so if I didn't invite you and you're free and Melbourne-bound on Saturday, just pretend that I invited you and come along.
