Summary:
This was an amazing story. I love the clarity of the POV, the way that it draws the reader in and makes you want to know more about Clint's life right from the first few paragraphs. I liked the slow reveal of getting to know Phil, making him feel new and unknown -- something that can be hard to do in fic, and makes for a great read when done right -- and the growing attraction between them.
( I also liked things that are a little spoilery... )

Summary:
Since he was abandoned by his brother and then the circus, Clint Barton has resigned himself to making his own way in the world. So when he ends up living on the streets of New York in the middle of winter, he’s not expecting to be taken in by injured army veteran, Phil Coulson, or accidentally involved in an escalating war against the Russian mafia.
