Spoke to Luthien. Hmmm... Her voice was... a lot softer than I imagined it. I mean, I almost hear a "sound" of voice that goes along with everyone's LJ posts, and I think I expected Luthien to sound more sedate, or restrained. Instead, she sounds very friendly, and has a nice, soft/rounded accent.

Yeah, I have a weird thing for some voices. Not all, but some. I like listening to the sounds of people's voices, although from memory, I can never tell whether Sam or Josh's voice is deeper (really. I have no clue.). I'm just odd.

In a totally unrelated version of oddness, this pic of MR still does something to me. I can't explain the attraction to those short school girl skirts, but it's definitely there. *raowr*

Oooh, ooh, what's my lj voice?

Besides annoying, I mean. :)

Okay, it's hard to explain because I'm not really a sound/artistic/musically trained person but...

Youngish female voice, say earlie twenties, a little husky, very changeable (wide register). You don't tend to talk louder for emphasis, your voice goes higher. It's rather sarcastic (like the vocal version of rolling your eyes... I can't explain it, really) but you normally sound fairly amused, underneath the light sarcasm.

Does that make sense?

Yay! It makes perfect sense, and is pretty much spot on, too! The one thing about text is that it doesn't allow for sarcasm very well. It's good to know that at least some of my innate sarcasm is seeping through.

I feel extremely special now. :)

(*looks at MR pic*) Oh, he is SO sucking his stomach in. No way is anyone's that flat, I don't care if you ARE male.

...

Bitch. He looks better in a skirt than me. ;P

Bwahaha! Love the icon!

He may be sucking his stomach in, but he's also leaning back at an odd angle. *shurggs* The boy is skinny, seriously skinny. One of the things I found amusing when watching SB, is that they did put padding on his butt to make it look big in the film. When I watched the film, I didn't think his butt was big at all... *g*

Bitch. He looks better in a skirt than me. ;P

Hee! Don't try to compare yourself. Heavens above know that the only way I could wear a skirt that style would be if I was a) really drunk and b) didn't mind people laughing and pointing.

(Short skirts - not a good thing for girls with big thighs...)

I was disappointed it was a prosthetic bum. I liked that bum.

And he looks skinnier because he's got such broad shoulders.

Broad shoulders doesn't work for me, mind. It just makes my head look teeny-tiny.

*nods and leers* Yes, it was very nice. I mean, I also had a bit of an urge to feed him up...

Then again, I have the same urge watching the corset scenes in PoTC. She's so pretty, but being that thin just isn't attractive...

Hee! I'm too chubby around the chin for my face to look small. However, with square shoulder pads, I can do a good impersonation of an American footballer.

:D Thanks. It just... called out to me. ;P

I know your pain. I've never really *wanted* to wear a short skirt, but it would be nice to know I *could*, if the opportunity arose. Oh, for a Rosenbum... >;)

*snigger*

I was looking at that picture of MR when one of my bosses walked past. "Crikey," he said, "Britney Spears is looking a bit muscley."

At which point I spat Sprite all over my keyboard and nearly choked.

He actually had to look for about half a minute before realising it was a bloke.

*rotf*

Yeah, that's MR. Has a shocking resemblance to Britney!

(Although, that's a lie. If he resembles any femaile actress, it's Hilary Duff. She's got the same strong chin and cheekbones, cute girl that she is.)
