Beta love

Apparently it's beta appreciation day? Who knew?

So, my thanks go to DarkEmerald who knows how to kick my SV stories into shape (things like theme and flow and pacing, that I don't even think about) and who taught me just how massively helpful and necessary a beta-reader is. My thanks also go to kaneko for WW beta, and to oxoniensis (which I can never spell without checking) who is willing to hold my hand and use the Big Red Pen of Beta on fics that are too long for their own good.

Hee, no, you're way out. It's referring to Oxford (the English city where I went to university and used to live and work), and is another term for an Oxonian, or Oxfordonian. If you think of it that way, it might make it easier to spell.

You know, that does make it easier. *g* Now, at least I'm mentally promouncing it as "ox-o-nee-en-sis" instead of "ox-o-nayn-sis". Yeah, well, it's how my mind works.
