*sigh* I'm trying to work out how to be really selfish about having a slashy weekend without looking completely bitchy and unsupportive...
But, as to the actual topic of conversation, um, no real ideas for get togethers. How about you (as in: any ideas)?

Date: 2003-02-13 02:30 pm (UTC)So - On the Friday Night, I'll be walking up and down Oxford Street and inside venues, collecting donations in the company of about 20 other BGF volunteers, and on Saturday, I'll be at the parade! I have a reserved seat with the BGF group.
So, that makes things either very easy, or very tricky. As the whole weeekend will be 'Mardi Gras', (as well as the end of the Boozefest, LOL).
I don't think there'll be any lack of things to do and see that weekend ;-)

So, that makes things either very easy, or very tricky. As the whole weeekend will be 'Mardi Gras', (as well as the end of the Boozefest, LOL).
Bugger, I'm just not going to get a fic in for that. Had every intention of it, but no access to the home computer, and being at a new job got in the way of fandom... Well, that and I'm not a very prolific writer to start with. Plus, I've got two SV fics that are in the middle of beta (ie. I've received comments back, but haven't got around to fixing the fics *g*).
I don't think there'll be any lack of things to do and see that weekend ;-)
Very cool. Means that it'll be easy to get together and do something, without too much organising...
