Argh! Plea for a WW beta...?

Argh!
Just realised that Slod's second "A picture's worth a 1000 words" challenge, that I signed up for, has a deadline of 1 February 2004. I don't know how many people would remember the amount of bitching I did about getting the word limit right (I think that was basically my LJ posts for an entire week... "Bitch. Moan. Grumble. Stupid word count's too high." "Bitch. Moan. Grumble. Stupid word count's too low." "Bitch. Moan. Grumble. Stupid word count!")
I mean, I've written a lot of drabbles since then, so I think I have a better idea of how to cut down/increase word counts, how to focus on what needs to be there. But still, I think I should, like, organise for my fic to be beta'd soon. (I'd rather send it to beta when it's still 100 words over, because it's a little easier to cut down, than to add.)
*breathes deeply*
Okay, can I beg for a beta? (I'd beg
oxoniensis, but she's sensitive to S4 spoilers, even the small ones.) West Wing, Sam Seaborn, post S4? Kinda morose, but a hopeful ending...
(You know what I need? I need a list of possible betas. I mean, I know a couple of people for SN (yes, and you've all been wonderfully kind, and no-one's said to stop annoying them with beta requests *g*), I have a standard two people for SV, but I never remember who's available/willing to beta S4 WW fic.)
Of course, instead of panicking about fic challenges, I could be doing another task for this afternoon. Yeah, right.
ETA: Another bad thing? I know I've signed up for another challenge. Maybe another two. I just don't know what they were. I need to remember to add these things to my memories.
If you're running a challenge I signed up for, could you be super helpful and remind me? *hangs head in shame*
