How can we tell it's a Monday?

out_thereLeft the house at 7.30am. Just got into work at 9.50am.
A train got stuck between stations and the morning trains got cancelled (with no information on how long the delays were, just advice to find "other modes of transport"). The boomgates across the train tracks were somehow also affected, causing delays in the buses, but I got a bus to Footscray station and then a train into the city.
Of course, I also realised that I left my phone at home, meaning that I couldn't call work at 8.30am and let them know I was coming late.
Have I mentioned my lack of love for Mondays yet?

Date: 2004-02-09 02:07 am (UTC)Yeah, I knew you weren't really into HP to that extent so I didn't mention it, but on Friday I think everyone ended up just talking about fandom/slash/LJ in general. I think we talked more about LoTR and PoTC and pretty much anything else than HP; if you've got a vague knowledge of the fandom and a general interest in the rest, it's worth checking out, which is why I thought I'd mention it. :D
