Because the clock up the back is an hour slow. I decided to clear the filing from my desk (i have a bad habit of letting it pile up higher and higher), and thought, well, I've been meaning to reorganise the cupboard for ages, so I'll do it now.
Seriously, I have two cupbaords. Some of the shelves are so full of files that there's another row behind the front row, making it impossible to find the files easily (and wreaking the binders). Mind you, they've been like this since I started here last February.
But, now, I've cleared junk out of the third cupbaord and moved files across. (I cleared two shelves of junk, started moving all the files and then realised I need another shelf of space. Hence, I had to go clear more junk, move the shelf so it would *fit* the binders, and then move all the files all over again.) I have now got eight clean shelves of files.
However, I still haven't done my filing.
Screw it. I'm going home. I'll come in early tomorrow and do it.
