out_thereYou know how you get to that stage of tiredness where you're too tired to go to bed? It's just too much effort to get up and go to sleep? I'm there right now.
On the good side, I just finished a rough draft of my Remix Redux challenge. (Can we insert a quick: "Ew! I wrote het!" here? No, that would just be immature.)
*shrugs* It's odd. I can write slash smut, and yet, just writing a het kiss? I have to stop and think twice about how to describe stuff. (Or, it could be because I'm tired... *g*)

In case I haven't mentioned it here? "Don't get me wrong" by the Pretenders is THE song for happy, optimistic, falling in love/ridiculously crushing on someone. (I can never apply it to a definite pairing, it just works well for all pairings, all fandoms.)

Date: 2004-02-24 04:02 pm (UTC)Faffing around all day, playing Solitaire and so on and whingeing about being booooooored.
Giving up and deciding to go to bed. Going to make a Last Cup of Tea. Coming back upstairs, and then deciding that this would be the perfect time to sort out the DVD shelf, or take all the books down, sort in the new books, and put them all back again. Or rearrange the sock drawer ...
On the other hand, that's the only way any housework ever gets done at all, so I guess I shouldn't knock it.
